Villa Gracia a la Vida

Villa Gracia a la Vida is a splendid property situated on one acre of land in Costa Ilios overlooking the Island of Delos. The position offers convenient access to the nearby beach of Agios Ioannis and stunning views of the sea and its colorful sunsets. This large property consists of two sections: the main house (approx. 350 sq.m) and the guest house (270 sq.m). Both houses are attractively furnished in tasteful Greek island style, with modern bathrooms and appliances.

The main house features a large terrace with sea views, a camares (pool house) and an attractive bean-shaped swimming pool. The spacious terrace features teak wood deck chairs, an outdoor dining area and a Greek-style BBQ. The modern, functional kitchen leads to a bright dining room and has an entrance directly from the pergola-shaded terrace. All four bedrooms have sea views and private access to a small veranda.

The guest house has a separate entrance but communicates with the main house via a patio. It is comprised of three levels; the ground floor has a large living room with an open-plan kitchen and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. On the first and second floor there are two other double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, each with a gorgeous bamboo-shaded veranda overlooking Delos Island.
