South Cove is part of a splendid private estate of three identical and beautiful semi-detached villas located in a quiet and exclusive residential area, overlooking the entrance of Ornos Bay. Sharing a luscious garden with blooming flowers and an oversized swimming pool, the villa enjoys wonderful sea views from the many rooms and terrace.

This villa is located to the lower right of the estate, enjoying beautiful views. It features a private outdoor dining area and has lateral access to the swimming pool.

A large outdoor area furnished with modern stylish sun chairs and outdoors settings surrounds the pool, which is shared by guests of all three properties. The properties share a private entrance with security gate while each villa has individual parking for its own guests.

The interior is minimal in full respect of a summer vacation property, while providing great comfort and all modern amenities for easy and relaxed living. The master bedroom is located on a higher level than the entrance, while three guest bedrooms are distributed between the entrance and lower level of the house. All bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms, air-conditioning and grant access to the outdoor areas. An attractive living and dining area as well as a discreet and fully equipped kitchen are located on the entrance level of each house.
