Rocky Mansion is an ideal spacious family villa located above Agrari Beach, offering both tranquility and stunning sea views. The villa's charming interior is simply decorated, beach house style, with local wooden features including various seascape artifacts and a colour scheme of light blue, white and ochre. A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances blends into a pleasing living-sitting space directly accessing the swimming pool and its wide terraces.

A ground level first bedroom, featuring a four-poster double bed and spacious cupboards, allows access to the front terrace and swimming pool and shares a bathroom with the second bedroom. This adjacent second bedroom has two bunk beds, ideal for children. It also directly accesses the pool area.

Upper level, the master bedroom's double bed looks onto its own balcony with gorgeous sea and valley views, and has its own en-suite bathroom. The house's lower level has three spacious studios, each with their own en-suite bathroom and entrance from the garden. All three share two stone stairways leading to the pool area and very large sea-facing terrace.
