Villa Kerithium overlooks the sea and Agios Ioannis Beach, conveniently located just a short walk to Kapari beach. It enjoys a particularly wind-sheltered location without compromising the stunning views over Delos Island. Kerithium has its own private entrance and large parking space for guests. A stone pathway begins from the entrance level where the swimming pool is located and leads up to the villa through a beautiful garden.

The main floor consists of a combined large sitting area and formal dining space, fully equipped open-plan kitchen with terrace, outdoor BBQ and dining area.

A large suite-style master bedroom with en-suite bathroom is located on the mezzanine floor, while two other bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and sea views are located on the upper floor. An extra separate bedroom with en-suite bathroom for two more guests is located next to the main house, with entrance from the garden only few steps away. Built with traditional stonewalls, it offers lovely panoramic views.

The beautiful bean-shaped waterfront pool is surrounded by a cactus garden and natural rocks. A large terrace with a second pergola, outdoor dining and entertaining area complete the outdoor ambiance.
