The house is neighboring a detached and separated “twin” property owned by the same family.

The outdoor area of Cleo features a small waterfront swimming pool surrounded by a large outdoor area. The villa is deal for evening dips on a breeze-free day, given its close proximity to the small beach in front of the property. A covered veranda, furnished for al fresco dining, can be found right before the house’s entrance.

A white base with decorations and furniture in wood or shades of off-white colors characterize the interior, which displays a smart use of space with a gracious living room and dining room sharing a common space on the ground floor. The well-equipped open plan kitchen is conveniently located for both indoor and outdoor dining. One of the guest bedrooms is located on this floor with en-suite bathroom and access to the back courtyard. The first floor is entirely occupied by the master bedroom and the second guest bedroom, each with their own bathroom. The master bedroom is also enriched by the presence of a sunny terrace with views over the Aegean Sea.
