La Maison 1809 is a spacious, elegant villa with three en-suite bedrooms, enjoying breathtaking views from a privileged location in the town of Fira. It is a private, serene paradise, within walking distance of the town center, with three private bedrooms and balconies overlooking the sea, the volcano and caldera cliffs.

Built in 1809 in traditional architectural style, the villa has a private entrance and two private balconies offering a magnificent panoramic view of the bay of Fira, the surrounding islands and of course the world-famous Santorini sunset. Renovated in 2011, Villa 1809 has conserved its unique style with high ceilings, minimal and elegant decor and Cycladic architecture accents uniquely combined with the comforts of today.

The villa has three separate bedrooms, sleeping up to six guests comfortably. The master bedroom is the house’s original, and the other two are converted lofts. All three bedrooms are private and have their own bathroom and satellite TV.

La Maison 1809 provides a fully-equipped kitchen with modern facilities. The air-conditioned living area offers comfort on hot days, and the large sitting room with dining area offers space to enjoy time with friends or family.

The spacious terrace outside is well-furnished with a dining table, comfortable lounge sofas, sun beds, and a spacious outdoor Jacuzzi.
