The position also provides easy access to small cove just 100 meters from the property and easily accessed via a stone built staircase.

The outdoors features an extensive garden with ideal playing space for children and attractive vineyard as well as the pool to the front of the property. The pool terrace includes an outdoor dining area as well as a lounge bar/area providing relaxation and dining options for any time of the day. The architecture is typical Cycladic style and true to Paros tradition with dominance of square-designed units and solid white surfaces.

The layout of the property features a main house with the property/s indoor dining area, the minimal styled living room and the discrete yet well equipped kitchen. The main house also includes the master bedroom with it en-suite bathroom and small terrace. A second unit adjacent to the main house features two guest bedrooms each with en-suite shower room and with access to a shared bathroom. The third guest bedroom of the main house enjoys a higher positions being just up a flight of steps from the main level. It is accessed externally and grants access to two large terraces. Two independent guest studios enjoy their privacy, one in the vicinity of the pool terrace and the other placed to the back of the property. The bedrooms are similarly appointed, all boasting a fresh atmosphere and a minimal décor mixed with typical island architecture.
